The collection is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer, valuation, commitment to sell, investment recommendation or guarantee of availability. Viewing an opportunity or contacting the office does not create a mandate, agency relationship or entitlement to acquire an asset.

Prices and particulars

Prices are indicative and subject to confirmation by the relevant parties. Currency equivalents are approximate, not an executable exchange rate. Taxes, transaction costs and professional fees may be additional and are confirmed separately. Room counts, areas, tenure, operator arrangements and other particulars require independent verification.

Off-market describes the confidential distribution of an opportunity; it does not imply an exclusive mandate. Exclusivity applies only where expressly stated and confirmed. Assets may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

Images and confidentiality

To preserve discretion, imagery may be illustrative, generated, contextual or supplied in a preliminary brief. It must not be treated as an identification of the asset or evidence of its physical attributes. Asset-specific documentation is available only through the agreed review process.

A serious expression of interest and, where requested, a non-disclosure agreement are required before access to further confidential information is considered. The office may request confirmation of the principal represented and acquisition capacity. Data-room access is not guaranteed by an initial enquiry.

Enquiries and meeting requests

The conversation form prepares an email for you to review and send; it does not submit a request automatically. A preferred date or time is a proposal, not live availability or a confirmed appointment. A meeting is confirmed only through a reply from the office or an explicit confirmation from a configured scheduling service.

Introducing an opportunity does not create a mandate or an obligation to circulate it. Please describe your relationship to the asset and your authority to make the introduction without sending confidential third-party documents at this stage. An enquiry, meeting request or confirmed appointment never grants automatic access to a data room or confidential asset documentation.

Your assessment

Prospective parties must conduct their own legal, financial, tax, technical and commercial due diligence with appropriately qualified advisers. The website does not replace that advice. Any acquisition, introduction or professional service is governed by its own signed documentation.

Permitted use and external links

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, impersonate another party or reproduce protected content without permission. Links to independent partner websites and, where available, external messaging or scheduling services are provided for convenience; their own terms and policies apply.

Reasonable care is taken with the website, but uninterrupted availability or completeness cannot be promised. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
